Personality: (at least eight sentences - include good and bad aspects of their personality)
solid and dependable, he's a little gruff, and plesently pesimistic in a genial way. a cat of few words, perhapse it's because he tends not to inerupt but this does make him easy to unburden too.
Haversham is a dedicated pub crawler with a preferance to beer and ale over harder liquer and despite his age he can pace himself to hold his own with cats far younger than himself.
getting Black Porter into him is a sure way to get him started "yarning"then you'll find him a font of tall tales. these yarns allways feature other cats that he has eaither known or has heard of. typicaly they will start with "Ya know ya remind me of...".
Haversham is very loyal to those likes. curently he is a bit wary of
humans. you see one of the times that he fell asleep in the alley behind the pub he was taken by a well meaning human and was well...fixed.
History: (Where were the born? How did they come to the city? How did they join their Tribe? What has made them who they are?)
Haversham never knew his father, and only had his mother Three Belles,
for a short time. he belives that he may have had three sibs posibly four. you see his mother was a ships cat and every time she had a litter of kittens the crew would drop them off in whatever port that they were in as soon as the kits had been weaned.
he spent his earliest years knocking about the docks until he moved deeper into the city. finaly he settled in at the Atlas Taxi Companyas their mouser, keeping the maintenance bays, storage areas and garage clear of mice and rats. he may have been small but he was FAST.
his youth was spent wild, feral, and free. as the seasons turned he got closer to one of the humans, a driver, and when this driver moved up to dispatcher, well Haversham moved into the dispatchers cage right with him. Haversham gleaned a wairy respect for the controled chaos that seemed to be the corner stone of human society. comfortable, well fed, and secure he began to explore the neghiborehood. this was when
he found the gathering spot behind The Lark and Rose, a pub next to a certin theater wheare he met Gus. yes Haversham is one of Gus'es infamous "Friends at their Club". times were good, then strays began disapearing again.
and he began useing his position in the dispatchers cage to gather to gather information that he relaysto the Tribe.
Roleplay Sample: (third person, past tense - must be in-character, can be from another roleplay if you have played this character elsewhere) the old grey cat sat up in the dispatchers cage watching the hurley burely of the cabs coming and going, listening to the comforting chatter of his human talking into the radio reciting addresses to the cabbies.
then he flowed from his perch with a ponderous flop, gave his humans leg a rub and eased his way through his pet door.
then he began his prowl checking all of the ways in that went unnoticed by the humans and making sure that his precautions were in place wouldn't do to have th bloodsuckers get into the cab company, indeed it would not!
